Returns & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Returns received after this window will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@asiapacificstationery.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorisation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital goods and downloadable products
  • Opened consumable items (ink refills, correction fluid, etc.)
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items marked as final sale

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping. Please include photos of the defect when contacting us.
